What is Grantha Internship?
Grantha Internship is basically an elaborated step by step working plans for technical manpower who wish to work on this . An internship is an on-site work experience that is either directly related to your major field of study or your career interest. Internship at Grantha is a perfect opportunity for you to be job ready and confident at your work deliveries. It can be paid or unpaid, and held during the summer or throughout the academic year.

Internship at Grantha is pre planned, extensive and very well synchronized in order to test the full working potential of an individual aspiring to make a career in the field of Networking. The overall program can be illustrated in three functional steps marked by an evaluation and rise in benefits at every consecutive phases.

What is the time of this kind of program?
If possible, wait to commit to a job until you have a feeling for how much time you have beyond coursework, extracurricular activities, and some time for yourself. And note that our office receives job listings year-round and also receives short-term, project positions which do not require a long-term commitment. When classes are in session, students are advised to work no more than 20 hours/week.
Do I need to pay for the internship program at Grantha?
No, You don’t. You should be interested to work and deliver the work in time. You will paid Rs 5,000 for your internship tenure instead.
Is this program open to just Nepali citizens or for any person over the globe?
The opportunity of being an intern at Grantha is only for nepali citizens or people who reside in Nepal during the time of Internship at the moment. Since it is necessary for the interns to be at the workplace during the internship, it is implied that the person be Nepali residing in Nepal.
Is there any educational criteria required in order to join the program?
No, there is no any educational criteria required for interested individual to be a part of Grantha Internship program. But it is expected that the internee be fluent in English and have a basic understanding of common technical words and procedures.
I don’t have much programming knowledge beforehand? Am I still considered for the internship?
You may join the program even if you have a limited knowledge of programming because it can be developed overtime. It is expected though, that the internship participant captures the concept properly, deliver his work efficiently and does have a basic understanding of programming concepts.
I don’t have much Networking knowledge beforehand? Am I still considered for the internship?
What other skills do I need to have in order to be accepted for this program?
You need to have the skills mentioned in your application and in general you need to have an enthusiasm on any Network related topics. The topics can be presented during the time of interview. You will be tested and assessed significantly, therefore it is expected that you are good at whatever your application and cv mentions at.
Will I receive completion letter and certificates after the completion of internship?
Yes, anyone interning on Grantha Networks will be receiving a fully acclaimed Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation from their representative. Grantha might even offer you a job and letter of appreciation based on your effectiveness and performance during the program.
What kind of guidance and assistance will I receive during my internship tenure?
You will be a part of rigourous, robust and hardworking team at Grantha to start with. There will be a well planned set of classes and working structures for all the individual working as an intern at Grantha. They will be assisted with your work by their respected supervisor and will also counsell on the individual’s choice of career as per the observations. There will be financial supplement for lunch and also a sound trainings on work ethics and professionalism.
How do I apply?
You need to personally visit the grantha office in order to receive an application which after filled may provide you with Grantha Internship.
Can I work from home?
No, None of the work associated with Grantha Networks are Remote. We would expect you to be at workplace and learn to work together during the work hours.
Is there a way to know if I am selected or not after my application process?
Representatives from Grantha will place you a phone call and send you an email to notify you if you’re eligible or not. Possible Interns can call Grantha Networks anytime to know about their application. You can also send a follow up e-mail at info@grantha.com.np to know about the selection process and your application status.
Are interns paid?
What are the usual working hours for interns at Grantha?
The internship requires you to be in the office 40 hours per week. Exceptionally, your manager may authorise you to work part-time.
When do I start at Grantha if I am selected?
Applicants are asked to state their availability in their application. Once selected, interns discuss their starting date with their manager.
How many interns does Grantha accept?
We accept about 15 interns a year. The numbers may vary according to the requirement of Company and the availability of tutoring staffs.
Will I be hired by Grantha after my internship?
Grantha might or might not hire you for job after the completion of internship but it can make you aware of applying procedures, hiring requirements and other criteria required in the real world.
Can I volunteer for Grantha?
You can discuss the volunteering process with Grantha’s team and come up with special plans if required.
