- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic understanding of networking principles (AD-DC, DNS)
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory (user Administration and group policy management)
- Strong understanding of patch management and endpoint management
- Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified professional e.g. RHCE, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, VCAP
